Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the service and constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to comply with all provisions. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms supersede all prior agreements related to your use.
Account Registration

All activities under your account are presumed authorized by you. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes hacking, spamming, phishing, and distributing harmful code. You must not interfere with service security or other users’ experience. Breaches may result in suspension or termination.
User Submissions
Content you upload remains your property, subject to a license for the service to store and display it. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You agree to indemnify for any claims related to your submissions.
Fees and Billing
Certain features require payment of the fees displayed at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided. You agree to pay any applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in restriction of access to paid features.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. You can manage auto-renewal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
Service Changes
The service may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting user experience will be communicated at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is due for modifications or removals.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for security reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained from the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal action may follow infringement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, which may not apply to you in full.
